When she entered a role that interfaced with organizations across the nation, Nichole Rush saw first-hand the challenges faced by many leaders who found growth elusive. In 2018, she founded a strategy consultancy to help with two common challenges: the need for organizational transformation and revenue capacity. Today, Social Catalytix works primarily with small businesses and non-profit organizations to achieve their dreams for growth.

 

To support organizations, Nichole leverages about 20 years of hands-on experience with growing organizations and the Master’s in Business Administration that she earned from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She is married to David, has three children, and lives in Fort Worth, Texas.
